Help with odds and bet records
What to check before sending a question
Use the odds recorded on the accepted ticket, rather than a price that appeared later. Write down the stake, displayed return and currency or asset unit. The decimal odds guide shows how total return differs from profit and why implied probability is not a prediction.
For a result question, identify the exact market and period. A match result, first-half result and individual map can settle differently. Compare the ticket with the current published rule; the name of the event alone is not enough.
How to prepare an account enquiry
Keep the ticket reference, the market name, the time of the event and the status shown in your history. Explain the discrepancy in one or two sentences and describe any checks already made. If you include a screenshot, remove unrelated personal or financial details.
Use the support options inside the official Dexsport product for account-specific questions. This site provides guides and cannot view your account, reverse a settlement or release a withdrawal. Avoid posting ticket or transaction details in a public discussion when a private support channel is available.
Information you should keep private
A password, wallet private key and recovery phrase are not evidence for an odds calculation. Never include them in a message or screenshot. If someone asks for a transfer to fix an account, verify the request independently through the official product before doing anything.
